Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours is required to reschedule appointments. A non-refundable deposit is in place to secure your scheduled appointment, and the remainder of the treatment cost will be paid in person or online. In the event, you are unable to commit to original appointment, as long as there is a minimum of 24 hours notice, appointment can be rescheduled and the deposit will carry forwards to that session. In the event that the therapist has to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice will be applied in most circumstances. Appointment reschedule will be offered, and in this instance, the deposit will be carried forward to the next available session.
